A: Go to the Contact Us page and submit your request to close your ShopNoBids account. All requests will be honored within a reasonable amount of time. Usually within hours.

Q: How can I change my
e-mail address information?

A: You can change your e-mail
address information by clicking
here. There are 2 steps to this process. First, we will ask you to
provide your old e-mail address or User ID, your password and your new
e-mail address. The system will then send you an email to verify your new
e-mail address.

Q: How can I
change my address or phone number information?

A: You can review change or update
your contact information by clicking here. You must provide true and
correct information at all times. Providing false information intentionally may result in
the temporary suspension of your account until you provide us with true and
correct contact information.

Q: How do I find things?
|

A: Through our advanced search
facility, you can look for specific items by name or item number, a specific
seller and much more.

Q: What does the number
in parentheses next to a person's User ID or e-mail address
mean? Example: isell@myemail.com (25)
|

A: This number indicates the
user's current total.
You can view any user's feedback profile by clicking on the number in
parentheses. A user's feedback rating number changes whenever a new
feedback comment has been left about that user. This number may increase or
decrease, based on what type of comment has been left. A positive comment will increase this number by
+1-point. A neutral comment will not change this number. A
negative comment will decrease this number by
-1 point.

Q: How do I buy an
item I am interested in?

A: Once you have found an item you
would like to buy, click on the Buy It Now.
Remember, you must complete the
Registration Process, before you can make a purchase with Buy It Now.

Q: How do I leave a
feedback comment about my experience with another registered user?
|

A: Just go to the feedback link that is found on the bottom of every ShopNoBids page for the
option to leave feedback on a user for the
specific closed item. Remember, once you leave feedback you may not go back
and change it.

Q: I have something I
would like to sell. What do I do?

A:
If you would like to sell an item, register then go to
the 'Add Item(s) to Store' page at the "My Store" link. ShopNoBids does not have a Bulk Uploading Feature at this time.
